We typically need a 10×10 ft area with access to a standard power outlet. For 360 Booth setups we recommend a bit more room to allow guests to step onto the platform safely.

Do you provide props and backdrops?

Yes! Every package includes a curated prop selection and your choice of premium backdrops, plus a custom photo template designed around your event’s theme.

Do guests receive digital copies?

Absolutely. Every guest gets unlimited access to an online gallery where they can download and share their photos via text or email the same night.

Do you travel?

Yes, we proudly serve Chattanooga, Cleveland, Knoxville, and East Tennessee, with travel further out available for an additional fee.

How early do you arrive?

Our team arrives 60-90 minutes before your event starts to set up, test the equipment, and make sure everything is picture-perfect before your first guest arrives.

Can we customize the photo template?

Definitely. We design a custom print layout with your names, date, logo, or event theme included at no extra cost.

Do you require a deposit?

A deposit is required to reserve your date, with the remaining balance due before the event. This keeps your date locked in and stress-free.

You’ll receive a custom proposal with package options within 24 hours. From there, you can ask questions, customize your package, and reserve your date whenever you’re ready.
